Plik WorkSpaceSetup.cfg umożliwia dostosowanie przestrzeni roboczej. Plik msconfig.cfg zawiera następujące elementy dotyczące pliku WorkSpaceSetup.cfg:

Nie zaleca się dokonywania zmian w dostarczonym pliku WorkSpaceSetup.cfg. Należy skopiować dostarczony plik WorkSpaceSetup.cfg do konfiguracji niestandardowej zdefiniowanej w pliku ConfigurationSetup.cfg, a następnie dokonać zmian w skopiowanym pliku.

Komentarze w pliku wyjaśniają jego trzy główne zastosowania — ustawienie w etykiecie przestrzeni roboczej żądanej wartości dla danej organizacji, możliwość przekierowania danych standardów stosowanych w organizacji i/lub wszystkich innych danych przestrzeni roboczej do innej lokalizacji (np. do udziału sieciowego).
